The Talbot Group is a service leader in the provision of Nursing Home Services and Specialist Disability Services across the North East for more than 20 years.  Based in Stamullen Co. Meath, we pride ourselves on the quality of our services which are underpinned by a highly skilled team who have a passion for making a positive difference to the lives of our residents.

To support our growing needs we are seeking to recruit a Basic Grade Speech and Language Therapist.  Professionally qualified and with some experience in a similar industry setting, the successful candidate must be capable of playing a strong role in the provision of speech and language therapy services, as part of the multi-disciplinary team strategy developed across the Group.

Reporting to the Senior Speech and Language Therapist, this person will be capable of operating independently as well as providing guidance and mentoring to clinical team members across the service, in line with best practice and professional standards of speech and language service provision.  This role will provide a challenging and rewarding experience for the successful candidate in a truly progressive and innovative working environment. It will allow opportunities for the candidate to develop skills in the area of adults with complex needs within a multi-disciplinary team. The opportunity to audit and develop services in conjunction with the Senior SLT is also available within the remit of this post.
