Induction and Training Programmes
Induction and mandatory training is provided to all employees who commence within Talbot Group Residential and Disability Services. Each new employee is required to partake in a comprehensive induction programme which has been divided in 3 different stages –
- Stage 1 – Overview of the Talbot Group & Mandatory Training
- Stage 2 – Introduction to Work Location/Unit Based Induction
- Stage 3 – Departmental/Site Induction
Whilst the duration of the induction programme varies depending on the individual’s role, on average the process takes between 3 – 5 weeks. All mandatory training delivered by the service is in line with statutory regulations, in addition the service facilitates supplementary training programmes to ensure employees are informed to the highest possible standard.

In order to facilitate the continued development and expansion of our services we continuously recruit talent.
