Star of the Sea 5K Run
Congratulations to the residents who took part in the Star of the Sea Stamullen 5K. Some people achieved their own personal best time and all residents completed their own personal challenges. Well done to the staff who supported and ran beside the residents to help them participate in the 5K and we look foward to more personal bests in 2023!

Day at the Races!
Our Resident Eric Tierney enjoyed a great day at the Grand National in Fairy House over Easter Holidays. As well as backing a few winners on the day, Eric also got to chat to An Taoiseach Mr Micheál Martin while he was there and they had their picture together published in the Daily Mirror and The Star News Papers!

Darkness into Light
Well done to the residents and staff in Carlinn Heath who particpated in the Darkness into Light event with their local community in Dundalk this month. As well as participating, they also raised awareness and funds for a very worthwhile cause Pieta House.

Boat Trip to Arran Island
Two residents from Stamulllen recently achieved one of their goals to take a boat trip to the Arran Island. During their trip they met with some of the friendly locals as well as seeing some of the well known iconic sites on the island and enjoying a cooling paddle in the sea.

Glenview Community House
The residents and staff from our Community House Glenview in Stamullen were delighted to be the recipients of a gift of €700 worth of plants and garden equipment from Lidl Supermarkets, as part of The Ireland on Call Initiative in response to Covid-19. Bellingham Castle Ball
Residents and staff from Station Road, recently attended a Charity Ball held in Bellingham Castle in their local community. Everyone dressed formally for the occassion, with the ladies looking very glamourous and the gentlemen looking very smart. Everyone had a great night, while supporting their own local community cause.

Rose Meets Nathan
Resident Rose Richardson got to meet one of her favourite singers Nathan Carter when he played at a concert in the TLT Theatre in Drogheda in November last. As a surprise for Rose, our staff organised with the concert holders in advance for Rose to go back stage to meet and spend some time with Nathan before the concert.
