Further Learning and Development Support
We want to see our staff develop their full potential so we invest heavily in supporting employees to enhance their skills and knowledge to ensure we can provide high quality services on an ongoing basis.
We have developed a culture of continuous learning and provide assistance to employees undertaking further learning and development as a means to building their careers with us. This may take the form of financial support for third level courses and programmes and we have man ystaff currently pursuing 3rd level programmes in nursing, social care and healthcare leadership. In addition, we invest in CPD training for nursing staff and for all members of our MDT service; our approach is to ensure that any training we invest in makes a positive difference to the quality of services to our residents and builds skills within our staff.
We know that continuous learning is the key to quality services and consistent growth – therefore the provision of learning and development support will remain at the core of HR service delivery into the future.
