Staff Training & Development

Staff training and development starts before you join the Talbot Group. Through our online training platform, you will complete mandatory training courses in advance of the commencement of employment. You will be paid for undertaking this training. On commencement you will be supported to complete a comprehensive four-day induction programme. As a member of the Talbot Group Team, you will have the opportunity to participate in a programme of continuous learning as you work. This will be both online and at practical training events. Sponsorship is also available to support staff achieve additional qualifications that are both relevant to our services and the professional development of staff to help progress their careers within the Talbot Group.
