Residential Disability Services
Intellectual Disability Services
Our Disability services provide residential support for adults who present with one or more complex needs including intellectual disability, autism, acquired brain injury and who may also have mental health difficulties.
Our goal is to support each person to live a meaningful life with the highest degree of independence possible .
We provide services for adults with Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, and Autism. We specialise in providing services for residents who may also present with mental health difficulties. Some of our residents may also may have behaviours of concern and may have previously experienced difficulty living independently in the community or at home.
The residents who avail of our service are supported by experienced fully trained Healthcare professionals. All residential facilities support the residents on a 24-hour basis. In addition, the residents have access to our extensive, on-site Multidisciplinary team. Our Multidisciplinary Team provides specialised individual assessments and interventions to provide additional support and care to each of our residents.
We focus on the individual and how best we can support them. Each person has an individual, person-centred care-plan which is developed with them in collaboration with our team. The care plan sets out the care and supports the person requires as well as the activities which they enjoy. Each individual is supported to choose and engage in personally meaningful activities in their homes and in the community and can access a broad range of enjoyable events and activities on a daily basis.
