Respite Service

To Address the needs of families who support family members with disabilities to live at home, we have extended our service to include the provision of Respite for this service user group.

We understand the importance for families who have young adults with an intellectual disability and complex needs to have regular and planned breaks in order to allow them to continue their important role in caring for and providing support to their family member on an ongoing basis. These frequent rest and respite periods sustain family and may avoid a situation where full time residential care is the only option available to the family.
